Outreach Meeting in Mexico

August 22nd, 2008

NMB will hold an outreach meeting in Mexico on the 22nd of August 2008. NMB leaders and staff will present updates on activities involving ongoing research and promotion projects and will handle questions immediately following the presentation. The outreach meeting is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 22 at Hotel Santa Anita located at Levya e Hidalgo Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, telephone 52-668-816-7046.  The one-hour presentation will be followed by lunch. Second International Ecuadorean Mango Congress

September 11th, 2008 - September 12th, 2008

The “Second International Ecuadorean Mango Congress" will be held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on September 11 & 12, 2008. It is an excellent meeting point for growers, packers and shippers from all over the world. This event takes place every two years and has a very strong technical and commercial background. It is attended by many of the most reputable experts in fields such as: irrigation, plaguicides, fertilization, harvest & postharvest, quality procedures, insurance, among others. The "II International Ecuadorean Mango Congress" is sponsored by an important group of U.S. mango related companies. It is expected to have an attendance of around 400 participants from many places, such as: Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, United States, Canada and Europe.
